Many of the individuals we serve are financially unable to secure an attorney to complete their advance directive forms or they are physically unable to leave their homes to seek services.

SOCI helps people document what they want for their end of life wishes.  Please help SOCI to continue to work towards ensuring each person’s voice is heard during a medical emergency.

Auction Items

Online bidding will stop at the time of the event (3:30 pm on Saturday, September 30th).  After the event has started, please call either Chris at 970-481-0918 or Maria at 307-287-7081 to continue bidding during the event.  There will be a silent auction ending at 5:30 pm on September 30th.
